All items sold are MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ONLY. We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase. All claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We do NOT accept exchanges/returns on opened items. All packaging must be in original state with original box. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items.
REPLACEMENT: If seeking a replacement / exchange, there will NOT be any restock fees if item is returned in original condition / packaging.
PAYMENT REFUND: If seeking a payment refund, there will be a 15% restock fee (there is no restock fee for replacement of defective items). For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. |
